Call Center Supervisor

• Set up & manage the Call Center activities
• Co-ordinating with Customer Services Group to deal with processing customer information and requests/queries
• Training Customer Services staffs with Call Center skills
• Entrench Toyota Financial Services as the Toyota Dealers' first choice for financial and related services through quick, effective and accurate data entry and loan contract settlement
• Provide transparent and regular reporting on status, timelines, success and failures on all Customer
• Handle customer inquiries, complaint by telephonically and follow up customer calls where necessary
• Ensure all compliance requirements are documented, procedures written, control points implemented into business processes and reporting undertaken within prescribed timelines
• Ensure all legal documentation is kept safely; securities are registered and maintained accurately.
• Other duties/tasks assigned by Head of Group/Dept.

• Degree qualified in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience in Banking/ Financial customer services and strong experience in call center operations.
• Experience in a team management is a plus
• Effective written and oral communicator.
• Good time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Willing to be multi-skilled
