The Call Center Staff is responsible for:
• Making outbound calls to Clients to provide product and service information and to resolve the emergency problems if any.
• Making outbound calls to Clients to provide product and service information and to resolve the emergency problems if any.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
In order to be successful in this role, the candidates should have:
• at least 6 month experience in Call Center (outbound / inbound)
• Client orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters
• Good phone contact handling and active listening skills
Other requirements:
• College graduated
• Able to work on shift and weekend (as and on request: Shift 1: 8h30-17h30; Shift 2: 13h-21h)
