Mô tả công việc
- Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities.
- Develop and improve cold calling script effectively.
- Collect and analyze call center statistics (sales rates, customer service metrics) to make amendment timely and apply for the team. Prepare reports with analyzed call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Randomly check the quality of calls to have improvement if needed.
- Hire, coach, and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
- Evaluate performance with key metrics.
- Other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: over 28-year-old.
- Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in the same position/ Call center Supervision position.
- Fluent in English and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Decisiveness and attention to details.
- Able to solve problems.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
