- MEDIC'AIR services are provided continuously 7/7 and 24/24, the employee will be required to perform, in accordance with social regulations in force, working time day and night.
- As a Logistics operator (called “CSL” at Group level), Call Center Staff will be responsible for both, the files in progress and new files:
• to seek and mobilize, under the control and the directives of the supervising doctor, all the means, in terms of labor and materials, necessary for the implementation of the medicalized repatriation and / or the accompaniment of the persons concerned. At night, the employee will be required to contact the supervising doctor on-call according to the night service instructions given by management.
• to ensure the administrative follow-up of the files since their opening (taking into account a request for repatriation or medicalization of event) until the invoicing, which includes the collection or the elaboration of the pieces intended for the billing, recording, filing and / or archiving of documents.
- Be entrusted with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
- This job description may evolve according to the organizational needs of the company.
- Each staff works sometimes on day / night / weekend / holidays

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years’ experience in the Health/Medical Care industrial
- Be familiar with operation procedure, Documentation, Booking, Custom clearance procedure;
- Good English Communication;
- Bachelor degree
- Well team work, with open and clear personality, Serious and responsible for work;
- Prefer candidates fluent Mandarin and English
