Mô tả công việc
• Employees will be joining the Engineering Rotation Program for fresh graduates who are interested in rotating through Engineer roles across core business functions in ON Semiconductor Vietnam.
• If accepted, you will have the opportunity to serve 14 month rotations by joining projects through four of our core business divisions including Engineering, Operations, NPD, Industrial Engineering, Product and Reliability Lab.
• Employee will have opportunity to choose the permanent department that they will be working in upon completion of the projects and program
• During the rotation duration, employees will be provided necessary technical, soft-skill and leadership training courses as well as English program to be comprehensive development

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fresh graduate engineers with major: Electrical / Electric, Industrial Electric / Mechatronics / Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering
• GPA score: 7/10 or score B and above
• Interests and good attitude in learning
• Good School Performance and career mindsets
• Good knowledge in interpersonal communication
• Strong commitment to grow with the company
• Positive working attitude and being a good team player
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Being Flexible and proven to be a fast learner
