Mô tả công việc
- Lead the team and drive team members to achieve release goals
- Continuously suggest advanced technical solutions you want to try to make this product best
- Work with product owner very closely to make sure each other opinions are aligned
- Lead planning meeting in every sprint with product owner
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict management
- Maintain issues and risks log
- Analyze user stories and break down them to tasks together with your developers
- Take lead on quality control issues
- Train and coach your team members to continuously improve the team's standards.
- Code yourself with the team and review codes and make sure they match to coding standard when needed
- Create and oversee project plans and schedules
- Maintain process documentation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years experience of leader/managing projects
- Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans in a highly dynamic environment
- At least 5 year experience of the following languages/frameworks
o C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET/.NET Core Web API, MS SQL
o Entity Framework (EF) and EF Core.
o HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Have an ownership mindset and be able to think from client’s or end-user perspectives
- Good verbal & writing English
- Have a strong attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to design data models with SQL.
- Experienced with VSTS.
- Experience with working for an outsourcing product company
- Nice to have skills:
o Experience with container technologies such as Docker
o Experience with Microsoft Azure (SQL DB, Cosmos DB)
o Experience with modern SPA-style applications using Angular or React
*Required soft skills:
- Exellent at team management skills
- Good at building team spirit
- Good at working with client
- Be responsible for project assigments
- Good at writing and reading skill (English)
- Willing to work in fast-paced environment
- Age range: 25-37
