C&S Engineer

Typical duties will include but not be limited to the preparation and/or modification of the following:
• Civil & Structural engineering calculations.
• Civil & Structural engineering plans, design, and layout.
• Civil & Structural project specifications.
• Civil & Structural engineering portion of project proposals.
• Civil & Structural engineering portion of project cost estimates.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee contractor’s construction activities as per predetermined plan
• Study and understand the execution drawings for each stream
• Review and approve construction schedules proposed and periodically updated by the Contractors.
• Review and approve contractor’s method statement, erection procedures and work plans.
• Review adequacy of Contractor’s manpower and other resources for execution of site work
• Anticipate potential conflicts between Contractors regarding access to work fronts, sharing of facilities, resources, etc.
• Conduct regular Project review Meetings to assess quality, schedule, safety etc and advise corrective action if any
• Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.
• Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Other administration jobs assigned by Deputy Projects Director

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with primary focus on Civil and Geotechnical Engineering;
• At least 5-year experience (prefer with foreign company)
• Design and drafting skill using various 2D and 3D software packages (Civil 3D, Revit, Infraworks, Navisworks, Microstation)
• Familiar with Steel Structure and R.C Structure
• Good knowledge of Foundation Treatment Engineering
• Proficient in spoken and written English/Mandarin
• Well organization & time management
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Mature, dynamic and independent in works
