Description:

• Perform all duties assigned by the Director, Project Manager or Head of Engineering and act in the best interest of the Company.
• Establish close working relationship and well coordination of C&S team leaders and teams;
• Responsible for the management of Civil/Structural team leaders and team members, including the provision of administrative and technical advice and assistance, mentoring, training and performance management;
• Set, monitor and assure project scheduling, project budgets, time schedule; assure deadlines and quality is met;
• Supervise Civil/Structure project teams and team leaders to ensure a high quality of production work and compliance with codes and regulations as well as clients requirements;
• Perform weekly team leader meetings; monitor and discuss issues within BIM teams and report to directors; advice and propose adequate measures to improve on procedures and solve issues;
• Manage recruitment and induction of new team members, including CAD/ BIM Engineers, QA Engineers, Team leaders; Assure that BIM teams do not lack of HR resources;
• Assist in assigning new projects to BIM Engineering Teams
• Support team leaders in reviewing of project data and structural analysis reports
• Manage project variations and claims and support teams in records;
• Assist & instruct team leaders in keeping registers of drawings and drawing errors
• Check & approve performance sheets of team and applications for bonus payments
• Evaluate team leaders and attendance to employee evaluation meetings
• Conduct Weekly & Monthly reports to Director, Head of Engineering, Project Managers

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in C&S Engineering
• Graduated/Degree in Civil-& Structural Engineering
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
• High level of communication and intermediate leadership skills
• Creativity within Revit/ Allplan and construction practices
• Ability to manage other Team Leaders and projects
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, self-motivated and good attitude
• Advance knowledge of structural engineering according to EC2
• Able to work under pressure with well-structured manner in accordance to company guidelines.
• Good English (spoken & written)
