Mô tả công việc
- Providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to employees; keep confidentially all information;
- Ensuring the standard of other C&B services regarding Social Insurance, Tax, Staff welfare, Allowances and Final payment; supporting expatriates in procedures to work in Vietnam.
_ Update new relative regulation & law timely for application & improvement
_ Upgrade salary scale, benefit policy to be attractive & competitive.
_ Improve the evaluation policy, promotion policy …
_ Survey policies of other companies, market tendency for reference and improvement
_ Make yearly budget.
_ Propose suitable solution to improve C&B policy timely & legally.
_ Other relative tasks as assignment
Payroll
- End to end processing of company payrolls, including collecting and check salary information, calculating the payroll, seeking for approval, releasing the payment and deliver pay-slip;
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries;
- Processing Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations;
- Controlling attendance record, overtime report.
Others
- Taking part in organizing staff activities such as birthday party, health check, staff trip, internal events and activities;
- Ensuring excellent relation with staffs, give quick and pertinent answers to their concerns; propose and join in initiatives to improve working environment;
- Maintaining good cooperation with management team; give advice and support them on HR matters;
- Preparing & producing HR reports and analysis as per request;
- Implementing others ad-hoc duties assigned and report directly to Head of People Operation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: At least University Graduated in related fields.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in 2-3 years of working experience as the same position at foreign owner company or join venture company.
Knowledge: - Sound understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam;
Foreign language: Good working & communication in English.
Skills:
- Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks; - Excellent communication, negotiation skills;
- Good teamwork skills, high level of verbal and written English skills;
- Informatics: Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point.
