C&B Staff (Female - Hung Yen Factory)

- Be in charge of labor cost field range from collecting data, calculating budget, review budget, proposing counter measure to shorten the gap between the budget and actual expense
- Calculate monthly salary for all employees, calculate personal income tax, and finalize personal income
- View and follow the data related to Social Insurance dep.t including Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, sick & maternity allowance
- Support to implement the annual evaluation for all company
- Other task assigned by manager

- Female only, age from 22 to 30 years old
- Graduated from university with major in human resource management.
- Good understand in labor law, insurance, budget,…
- At least 01 year working at the same position in the manafacturing & Foreign company and have experiences in salary, C&B, accounting and budget control from 1- 3 years
- Good at English, Japanese is an advantage
Other skills:
- Computer office, communication
- Good in Microsoft office as Exel, PPP, Word, human resource software is prefeble
- Controlling time efficiently, careful, willing to learn, willing to help others with warm heat.
- Good organizational & time management skills working to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize workloads
- Comfortable working independently and or in group
- Strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit
