Mô tả công việc

• Participate in the execution of corporate human resource management: employee data management, cost control, employee data reports, etc.
• Participate in executing, analyzing and developing corporate compensation and benefits: payroll, social insurance, etc.
• Monthly reports preparation to respective leaders
• Follow working procedures, policies, rules and regulations
• Other tasks or responsibilities assigned by respective managers/ supervisors

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related major
• 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits field for company with at least 100 employees
• Extensive knowledge of Vietnamses Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Social Insurance Law and HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
• Excellent numerical and data analysis skills with strong logical thinking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English skill
• Experience in working with SAP system is a plus
• Compliance awareness is preferred
• Responsible, careful and detail-oriented
