Mô tả công việc
• Payroll and arrange, timely coordinate with the department heads to check the salary reports, prepare monthly paychecks for employees.
• Complete salary slips, severance pay and other required documents for the employee to quit.
• Track and update the validity of employment contracts, check annual leave information.
• Track termination and handover with quitting employees, section managers and administrative staff.
• Ensuring the management of payroll, all benefits, benefits, personal income tax, bonuses and end-of-month wages effectively and timely.
• Contact the tax authorities on new issues of PIT and promptly notify employees.
• Update information or policies, regulations, laws related to SHUI to properly implement and keep updating the changes to Human Resources Manager.
• Update necessary personnel information to human resource software.
• Manage and supervise tasks related to C&B functions.
• Plan and report on all assigned work issues on the monthly personnel report on time.
• Other duties as required by the Direct Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience working at C&B position for companies with more than 500 employees, preferably production companies or FMCGs
• Good knowledge of labor laws, social insurance laws, human resource policies and procedures
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confidentiality, responsibility and commitment
