You will be joining the HR department and taking a key responsibility in C&B. You will report to our HR Manager.
As an Senior HR Executive with C&B experience, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsible for entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time
- Monitor works of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance. Liaise with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees;
- Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Molisa, Tax Department and internal report system
- Writing and improving labor contracts of all types for our team members
- Improving company policies to ensure the team performs to a high standard
- Growing employee recognition and reward programmes, both financial and non-financial
- Contributing to other areas of HR team function including recruitment, training & development
- Providing guidance, leadership and training to less experienced team members
- Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance
- Taking a leadership role in the office to provide a great working environment and ensure staff are organised, disciplined and follow contractual working hours
- Opportunity to progress in either our specialist track to a dedicated C&B specialist, or into a team management role

- A relevant university degree
- Practical experience in a HR role including C&B experience
- Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- An innovative and creative approach to problem solving
- A desire to learn and grow your skills and responsibilities as the company expands
- Knowledge of English language to a professional standard
