Mô tả công việc
1. Compensation:
- Support monthly payroll with accuracy and timely manner by close working with the outsourced Payroll Provider.
- Support to participate in Salary and Benefit survey in order to ensure competitiveness by bench-marking with external compensation data.
- Manage Annual Salary Review (ASR) and PSIP process and procedure every year.
2. Benefits:
- Support Social Insurance, labour reports to ensure full compliance with local legislations.
- Benefits for local employees.
3. Personal Income Tax:
- Work closely with Tax consultant (Deloitte)/ Payroll Provider and administer monthly personal income tax declaration and payment for employees and quarterly for expatriates, compile annual personal income tax finalization and report to Tax Department in order to ensure full compliance with Tax Regulations.
- Update and inform of TAX Regulation to employees where necessary.
4. HR System, Report and Personnel Filing
- Maintain and update personnel data in SAP HR in a timely manner for new hires, resignation, and transfers and to ensure data accuracy & correctness at all time. Take corrective actions as and when necessary.
- Prepare and submit internal reporting and external reports in compliance with the dues and schedules.
- Manage Employee Personnel Filing and Records to comply with local requirements.
5. International Assignee (IA)/ Short Term Assignee (STA) Management
- Be responsible of full process of IA management for all IA/STA/Rotational Assignee (RA)/Development Assignee (DA) in Vietnam to ensure smooth on-boarding and employment for their assignments in Vietnam.
- Complete tax related activities, reports and budget planning activities required by market/ region/ Head Quarter.
6. Budget Planning
- Prepare Salary & Fringe budget in accordance with financial reporting schedules (Top-Down Target (TDT), Annual Strategic Plan (ASP), and Latest Estimate (LE)) and monitor the actual vs. budget on a regular basis.
7. Other (if applicable)
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- At least 4-year experience of related experience in multinational company.
- High level of accuracy and detail orientation.
- Good customer-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of human resource reporting and record keeping requirements.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory requirement, Tax regulations
- Fluent English & proficient computer skills
