Mô tả công việc
• Run monthly payroll including OT, PIT, social insurance, leaves.
• Do monthly PIT report. Do PIT finalization for Local and Expat.
• Work with Admin to verify time attendance for branches.
• Prepare and control labour contract, employee master file, annual leave.
• Manage premium health care program.
• Reconcile labour cost and payroll transaction with Finance.
• Write SOP to be supported for payroll process / standard benefits.
• Co-operate with recruitment team to file and maintain employee’s profile in good conditions.
• Prepare reports: salary cost, social insurance, employee movement.
• Complete compulsory report as in compliance with Vietnamese law.
• Corporate with Finance team to be in charge of Personal Income Tax.
• Support HR-Admin projects.
• Other Ad hocs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• All payment transaction in Payroll are calculated and paid out with high accuracy and on time.
• Transparency and clear communication on payment processing/ benefits package to Colleagues.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in payroll and PIT finalization for Expat.
• Solid understanding about Labour law/ Social Insurance law/ Personal income tax law.
• Good at English.
• Analysis thinking and Commitment.
• Careful style of working.
• Transparency and clear communication on payment processing/ benefits package to Colleagues.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in payroll and PIT finalization for Expat.
• Solid understanding about Labour law/ Social Insurance law/ Personal income tax law.
• Good at English.
