Mô tả công việc
MISSION:
Admin Payroll management in accuracy and commit deadline
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate payroll including time and attendance, Personal income tax and Overtime administration
• Working with Factory to verify and admin time/attendance for manufactories
• Prepare Labor cost budget
• Reconcile Labor cost and payroll transaction with Finance team /Social insurance Organization
• Write guidance /polices to be supported for payment transaction in related with payroll administration
• Co-operate with recruitment team to file and maintain Employee’s profile in good conditions
• Prepare Salary reports as required by Head and CEO
• Prepare DCK Mercer Survey and support HR Head to Salary structure as guided by Government
• Complete compulsory report as in compliance with Vietnamese law
• Corporate with Finance team to be in charge of Personal Income Tax

2. Transparency and clear communication on payment processing to Employee
3. Labor cost planning is on tracked and on time
Knowledge and Experience
1. Minimum 2 years working experiences in payroll administration
2. Understanding about Labor law/Social Insurance law/Trade Union law/Personal income tax law
Develop in C&B experts
Qualification: BA/BS degree or equivalent
Languages required: English workable, Vietnamese fluently
