Mô tả công việc
- In charge of monthly payroll for all staff (local employees, local plus and expatriates – both inbound and outbound) in a timely and exact manner.
- Be responsible for resignation payment for staff legally and aligned with company process.
- Implement company policies in terms of staff compensation and benefits and ensure that all implementation are aligned with Global guideline.
- Review the Social, Healthcare, and Unemployment reports and reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly PIT declaration, PIT finalization for local employee and expatriates.
- Coordinate with HRBPs, Finance for annual headcount and personnel cost budget.
- Be responsible for the Labour compliant activities to meet the requirements of Labour Laws, Internal Audits and Company policies.
- Work with Total reward communities in area to share and learn C&B knowledge and benchmark with market to ensure C&B policies aligned with market to keep competitive position.
- Give consultancy related to labour, insurance and tax issues to HRBPs, Employees and Line Manager.
- Systemize and standardize the C&B processes to meet up the business need and compliance requirements.
- Support C&B Manager to build up the policies, guideline, procedures and systems.

- Education: Bachelor degree level or above.
- Experience: 3-5 year of experience with at least 2 years handling the payroll for 700 employees up.
- Skill: good at communication, strong team spirit, strong self-motivated, result-oriented, logical and systematic thinking. Strong understanding the Labour, Tax, Social Insurance Laws.
This job description is effective per the signing date. When the Labour contract signed between the incumbent and the Company is extended or re-signed for the same position, this job description will be effective per the effective date of the Labour contract.
