To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Human Resources & Admin team.
- Position : C&B SPECIALIST
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 7h00 Am – 4h00 Pm, Monday – Friday
This role will be in charge of running a profound and professional compensation and benefits program for TPF office, TPF warehouse in Vietnam and Australia:
1. Salary calculation:
- Manage various compensation related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time, including:
+ Check and manage time sheets
+ Process calculation on system
+ Prepare salary report
+ Prepare payment document and follow up payment
- Handle monthly/periodically external and internal payroll report and other statutory reports as required
2. Compulsory insurance & tax:
- Process Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), Unemployment Insurance (UI) submission and PIT calculation monthly
- Timely compile & submit the monthly/ quarterly/annual reports of PIT, insurance
- Manage and follow up Healthcare insurance program
3. Labor law documentation:
- Handle annually/ periodically labor report according to the labor law, regulation of Government
- Support in the Company legal document such as: business license, liability insurance contract ...
4. Others:
- Participate or assist HR & Admin team in implementing team’s projects & initiatives
- Other tasks related to Human Resources & Admin functions to provide the best support and working environment for all staff at all times.

** Skill and Experience
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in C&B
- Be a great communicator in English
- Be strong and proven analytical skills
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and good time management skills
