WHAT YOU WILL DO
Excellent operations of payroll
- Monitor and review all payroll documents (offer letter, probation contracts, labor contracts, termination decision,freelancing agreement, ...) to ensure compliance to updated regulation
- Review monthly payroll sheet to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data
- Coordinate with outsourcing partner to ensure timely payment and user-centric explanation
- Review and prepare required reports for internal and external use to ensure usability of data
Excellent delivery of customer-service
- Act as the main contact point to handle all related concerns
- Frequent review and continuous improvement of process, approach, method to ensure efficiency of service
- Frequent review key stakeholders and deliver satisfaction survey to increase customer-centricity of service

- 1-2 years of experience in payroll/ compensation & benefits area

Skills:

- Technical skills requirement: Vietnam regulations on payroll and personal income tax
