C&B Specialist (Commercial)

*Working location: 72 Le Thanh Ton St, Dist.1, HCMC

1. Collect and file employee data/ document as company process/ procedure
2. Update employee data on HRM, E-leave , … other system (if any)
3. Follow up employee labor contract, appendix, employee data changes
4. Coordinate with 3rd for payroll, PIT and social insurance, timesheet (if any)
5. Consult to employee for salary, insurance if any
6. Follow up health care insurance for employee by group
7. Conduct exit interview
8. Supervise staff’s time recording & absenteeism and report to C&B Manager / HR Director for unusual cases.
9. Provide and prepare data for HR report
10. Update/ remind to C&B Manager law changes, practice changes (if any)
11. Ensure prompt and efficient completion of assigned administrative tasks
12. Perform other job-related as assigned

• University graduated – Accounting/ Informatics
• Proficient in MS Office and Vietnam Labor Law;
• Reading comprehension English;
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
