Mô tả công việc
POSITION PURPOSE
• To develop & drive a single C&B strategy.
• To prepare budgets for HR operations.
• To direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefit, compensation and HR policies.
In charge of insurance for company and employees;
- Monthly reports/quarterly report (UI, SI, HI)
- Make new insurance book for employees
- Close insurance book for resigned employees
- Issue/Extend HI cards for employees
- Follow up with claims (sick & maternity leave) & manage/update & follow up with the claim & payment process.
- Analyze statistics on annual claims to benchmark and renew contract.
- Arrange health insurance for employees (including foreign & local employees)
Monthly payroll and PIT
- Check leave record on HRM system to prepare monthly attendance record summary for monthly payroll process
- Consolidate information from functional managers for the payroll (KPI, bonus, OT, employee movement)
- Coordinate with HR team regarding employees movement for monthly payroll calculation
- Process monthly payroll on time & smoothly
- Deliver monthly pay slip on time to all employees
- Deal with employees for any claim related to monthly payment
- PIT code & dependent registration for employees (if any)
- Monthly PIT report & PIT finalization
HR Report
- Assist HR Manager in collecting all data related to HR monthly report
- Support HR Manager in consolidating data & generating HR report
HR Budget Planning
- Forecast benefits cost increases or projections.
- Assist HR Manager in planning new benefits/program and/or other changes in policy, business strategy, law or regulation that may impact costs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in business management or related field
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience on Compensation & Benefits
- Able to communicate and present effectively with internal & external customers
- Familiar with Vietnam Labor Law, PIT and related labor guidance
- Good analytical skills with the ability to work with a lot of numerical data
- Literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Ms. Word & Power Point
- Good attention to details
- High standards of customer service
- Team player with proven ability to work under pressure
- Self-directed, displays initiative, independent and result-oriented
