Mô tả công việc
Work location: Head Office, Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
Working time: Monday - Friday
1. Process compensation and benefits programs including (payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, bonuses; maintaining payroll records etc.) for all staff, including submission to government (HI, SI, UI, PIT…)
2. Prepare internal & external reports (SI, HI, PIT) as required by Labor Law & company
3. Frequent update the HR Database, employee files to ensure the accuracy and up to date information of all employees are stored
4. Handle all related Expatriates' Management such as work permits, residence cards, ect
5. Following, preparing and handling on all matter related to new hire (offer letter, confirmation, labor contract, termination)
6. Support in HR activities
7. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
