Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
Job Description:
1. Personnel Data Management:
- Updating personnel information, organisational chart change
- Maintaining Compass
- Making HR Reports
2. Working Time Management:
- Maintain e-VNHR system
- Develop concept and standardizes in working time management
- Follow up and ensure timesheet are on time and accuracy
3. Allowances, bonuses, benefit, welfare, insurance:
- Monitoring allowances, bonuses, benefits, welfare... which are paid in payroll
- Coaching, counseling, training courses about C&B to all associates as requirement
- Maintains benefit records as per CDQ and regulations; initiating new-hire benefits; recording changes
4. Other tasks as assigned by manager

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Good command of English
- Ability to work independently and willing to take responsibility, proactive
- Analytical skill, persuasion skill
- Have knowledge of IT system
- Communication, decision making skill
- Data management expertise
