C&B Manager (Urgent, Chế Độ Hấp Dẫn)

• Administer payroll monthly.
• Communicate C&B programs and guidelines to help managers and staff understand all aspects of the compensation program.
• Prepare C&B planning & analysis reports.
• Perform all the reports and activities related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, Personal Income Tax
• Manage, update the HR information system/ database.
• Manage and administer the employee labor contracts.
• Prepares and administer all periodical labor reports required by the Government.

• University degree in Business Administration/Human Resources.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation & benefit management.
• Knowledge about Labor Law, Social Security, Tax is a must.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Good influence, collaboration, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
