***MISSION
- Design, benchmark, implement and optimize C&B strategies in order to attract, retain talents as well as to drive the achievements of business objectives.
- Monitor the market and modern trends in the compensation and propose the best practice for implementation in the organization.
- Support HR Manager in developing and implementing of different projects besides C&B.
***KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design, implement and optimize C&B strategies that are in line with Company values and market trends.
- Design compensation structure in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, promotion policy, etc.)
- Design, communicate and implement employees’ benefits programs.
- Responsible for salary survey, annual remuneration review.
- Well control C&B activities in relation to monthly payroll, labor contracts, delivery of C&B programs, labor issues or disciplinary process, internal & external labor reports.
- Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases…etc) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
- Administer company insurances/care, medical check-up and other benefits.
- Establish related HR SOP and manage HR reporting.
- Ensure that C&B practices respect local labor law and the Group’s policies.
- Implement and coordinate the performance appraisal process with line managers.
- Manage, coach and develop C&B team
- Leads and participate in different HR Projects (besides C&B projects)

***QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: BA degree, major in HR/Administration/ Economy, Foreign Trade…
- 3-5 years working in global/multinational companies in similar position
- Solid knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation (base pay, LTI programs, annual bonus programs, reward and recognition programs…ect)
- Ability to sense, understand business issues / cultural differences and apply to compensation & benefits design and policies
- Strong analytical, numeric skills. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, HR Software)
- Creative, positive communication, problem solving skills and high sense of autonomy.
- Good English and Vietnamese, written and verbal communication
- Knowledgeable of Pharma industry or ability to ramp-up quickl
