Mô tả công việc
Analytics:
• Analytical work in support of compensation and benefit design work, including but not limited to competitive market analysis and internal equity analysis, financial cost analysis, plan participation, utilization and/or satisfaction data.
• Provide data, recommendations, templates to HRD for Full Time Equivalent (FTE) & Cost Budgeting;
• Update, follow up with FTE & Cost Budget to help Departments in controlling their resources
Compensation & Benefits:
• Manage the C&B Management process in support HR objectives & in line with international & original countries' legal requirements;
• Conduct external compensation comparison process including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits surveys, and informal data gathering, then analyze, develop, update and implement changes to C&B Policy and Procedures.
• Manage the C&B delivery process to ensure employee entitlements, external statutory and legal compliance requirements are fulfilled.
• Act as an initial point of contact for managers/employees who wish to discuss compensation and benefits related issues.
• Review salary structure and salary record to approve the Action Forms of recruitment, annual review or promotion in line with company C&B policy
• Recheck all C&B concerning documents of all BUs and Head Office (Attendance, Salary, Social & Health Insurance, Labor Contracts, Labor Causalities, Resignation, Personnel Profiles, Promotions, Allowances, Gift Vouchers, Accident Insurance, etc.)
• Make sure all the documents are correct before submitting to the Director and put initial signature for confirmation
Performance Management:
• Involve getting Performance Evaluation to use as resource for C&B review.
Recruitment
• Provide recommendations to Recruitment Function regarding C&B package offered to new joiner
External Liaison: Act as a company representative to work with external agencies in areas of accountability, including but not limited to labor offices, Insurance companies.
HR Administration: Provide general HR administrative support of HR activities

Education/ Training Qualifications
• University Degree in Business Administration, English, Psychology, or Sociology.
• Have solid knowledge of HR functions and Management.
Experience:
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in C&B and 2 years in managerial roles
Knowledge of:
• Statistic
• Employment Law
• Tax System
• Knowledge of HR processes, practices, policies, and measures
• Knowledge of HR systems and experience with systems development
Skills (Ability to):
• Technical Know-How (Practical Skills and Procedures, Specialized Techniques)
• Experienced in Recruitment and Selection tools with international working environment
• Management Skills (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Communicating, Directing and Controlling)
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Human Relation Skills (Internal/External)
• Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication
• Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MSWord, MS PowerPoint.
