Mô tả công việc
- To be the C&B expert to provide the consultancy for compensation structures, C&B policies to HR AGM
- Coach C&B team and manage ongoing relationships with internal employees to ensure the employees receive satisfactory support
- Control and manage all activities relating to C&B to ensure compliance with government regulation and company regulation (tax issue, SHUI insurance,….)
- Lead the C&B team to conduct regular C&B bench-marking with external market
- Lead C&B team to make sure the monthly payroll, PIT declaration, social insurance, labor reports...are processed timely & accurately
- Conduct periodical evaluation (manage annual salary review, performance bonus,…)
- Propose and control the annual budget for compensation report, including the regular monitoring, forecasting, and adjusting of the budget
- Review and propose the incentive scheme
- Propose a salary for the new hire, relocation, promotion, transfer,…
- Other duties are assigned by HR AGM (involve in setting up HR system, KPI management, career path development policy,…)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree
- At least 5 years experience in C&B including 3 years experience at management level as C&B manager
- Knowledge of labor law, PIT, SHUI insurance
- Familiar with annual PIT finalization & quarterly PIT report for both Vietnamese and expat
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken in English
- Good communication & presentation
- At least 5 years experience in C&B including 3 years experience at management level as C&B manager
