Mô tả công việc
1. Time record, Payroll
- Checking working day to calculate salary, bonus
- Checking time record for harmful support, overtime
- Managing business trip
- Reporting the salary budget monthly
2. Social Insurance, PIT
- Reporting increase/decrease headcount, salary adjustment
- Paying paid-sick leave, maternity leave
- Comparing data with Social Insurance Agency
- Updating data of dependents
- Register PIT code, finalization of PIT
3. Other duties
- Reporting of monthly labor cost.
- Analyzing salary cost by employee type. Report to the Department of Labor
- Working with internal and external auditing
- In charge of other tasks assigned by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Required qualification: Bachelor degree
- Major: HR management/Business Administration or related Economics
- At least 01 year experience in C&B field
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Code and latest government circulars
- Good command of Microsoft office (especially Excel)
- Pay attention to detail
- Good English communication
