Mô tả công việc
1. Administer and Proceed the followings:
• Employees master file reliability
• Monthly payroll data input (overtime management)/payroll computation/pay slip/pay day
• PIT calculation and declaration including PIT code registration for employees and dependants
• Social book registration for new hires/finalization for leavers
• SHUI contribution calclulation and discrepancy (increment/decrement transactions) reconciliation.
• SHUI claims (maternity leave, sick leaves, injury/accidents...)
• Leaves administration (annual leaves, paid leave, benefit leaves, unpaid leaves)
• Q&A on payroll/benefits
• Health care insurance administration
2. Offer letter/Labor contract management for new hire/current employees/leavers. Labor contract expiration status administration.
3. Proceed employment-related documentation including but not limited to promotion/demotion/salary revision/disciplines.... as per instructed by HRD
4. Administer exit procedure including resignation letter/handover checklist/termination agreement/final payment...
5. Monitor and provide the support to all heads of department on complying with the laws/company policies and regulations and explaining all employees’ concerns on related matters.
6. Provide year-to-date and year-on-year turnover rate reports inhouse management reports (ad-hoc and regular reports)
7. Assist HRD in launching regular employee engagement surveys and do the consequential analysis for further improvement recommendation to HQ.
8. Administer the JDs liabrary and coordinate with department heads to review/revise respective JD when and as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. BA in HR management or Accounting-based related field of expertise.
2. Intensive knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll design and administration, social insurance laws, PIT and PIT for foreigner, budget consolidation and administration
3. Excellent Excel skill/MS Office proficiency
4. At least 2 years in the same position with MNC
5. English proficiency to effective communicate with various stakeholders across the organisation
6. Analytical thinking, customer driven mindset, can work under pressure and tight deadline, positive team player.
