Mô tả công việc
• Bringing expert advice & tact in resolving employee relations issues;
• Monitoring the company’s cultural environment & proactively addressing issues when possible;
• Ensuring that the company is compliant with all current human resource related laws, regulations & administrative rulings of the government;
• Work collaboratively with the HR Manager to create compensation & benefits programs that are competitive, consistent within ACC culture, cost effective & align individual performance with company success;
• Prepare Labor Contract, Payroll, Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance, filing of Personal Income Tax, for all employees;
• Obtain Work Permit, Visa & Temp Resident Card for expatriates;
• Preparation of orientation packages & new hire documentations;
• Update & maintain proper filing of all HR records.
• Keep track of Leave application.
• First screening of potential candidates;
• Strong work ethic, willing to get the job done and see a task/project to completion
• Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Business or HR Management;
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience;
• Good knowledge of Vietnam employment legislations;
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Words & PowerPoint;
• Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner;
• Must have excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken
