C&B Chief

- In charge of C&B including: Time tracking record, monthly payroll, annual bonus.
- Manage team members.
- Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounting Division to process salary payment
- Update Bank master on time from MUFG bank (if any)
- Update Labor statistics, Employee database, Contract management accuracy including: in and out, internal transfer, benefits …
- Update and send Annual leave report monthly to all divisions. Check monthly reports related to: compensation leave, un-paid leave, in late – out early leave.
- Monthly report of PIT (Vietnamese and Japanese), yearly PIT finalization, reconciliation PIT with Tax Department (if any)
- Check monthly report of compulsory social insurance (SI): increase, decrease, maternity leave… Reconciliation SI premium with HCM Social Insurance Department.
- Update & record job evaluation of employee
- Make report about Vietnamese & foreign employees to DOLISA
- Update the labor statistics report and contract management, analyze reports related to contract management as per request.
- To perform other works in related with HR-Admin such as: make an analysis of Salary Cost... assigned by HRA Manager.
- Labor report to Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
- Other tasks assigned by HRA Manager.

- +2 years experience in C&B Supervisor
- Understanding of Labor law, solid understanding of Payroll and PIT
- High level attention to details and accuracy.
- Familiar with HR software/application is plus
- Fluent written and verbal English skill is a plus
- Strong skills of Word, Excel
- Patient and focus on detail work
- Dynamic, teamwork and high responsibility
- Good communication skill, well-organized
- Be able to work proactively and under pressures
