Elaborate working plan to reach object
- Evaluate activities of stall in last year and elaborate action plan to reach object of new year in accordance with company policies
- Follow up and correct working plan in accordance with object established
Manage products
- Buyer has to understand market assigned to elaborate optimize goods assortment, in accordance with customer demand
- Research and purchase products with best price and quality in accordance with government regulations about goods quality management
- Negotiate with suppliers in case of change of purchasing terms
- Follow, analyze and propose solutions to ameliorate business increasing
Manage relationship with supplier
- Negotiate contracts terms
- Organize contracts signing
- Organize contract disposition
- Negotiate for contract, promotion program
- Contact to exchange information about goods resource and price
Organize promotion program
- Elaborate program plan
- Define priority goods, seasonal goods in promotion subject
- Price determination
- Control price vis-à-vis competitors’ price
Support stores and accountant
- Support stores in setting of stock and price bonus
- Support stores in solving difficulties with suppliers about delivering, goods quality, price...
- Support accounting about bill, documents and control budgetary with suppliers
Report
- Periodic and in order report when hierarchical need to support of purchasing. Pricing and quality are in accordance with market demand, clearly information and quantity enough.
Other task assigned

Knowledge in retail market, experience in Buying, Purchasing or Merchandising in Supermarket
University degree in Economic or Commerce
