Mô tả công việc
The position roles & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:
• Purchase coffee from approved suppliers and collectors in line with the company’s purchasing strategy
• Develop and mainatian good relationships with the coffee farmers, collectors and
suppliers.
• Ensure that quality purchased matches the quality delivered.
• Support with market intelligence on the pricing, quality outturns and crop production.
• Involvement in the development of sustainable coffee projects.
• Participate in crop surveys.
• Act as a link between coffee suppliers and other internal departments in the organization such as finance and quality.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

• Honest and hardworking.
• Good communication with suppliers, collectors and farmers.
- Experience:
• Trading/coffee experience.
• Coffee quality experience.
• Coffee production experience (support).
• Sustainable supply chain (support).
- Reporing line
• Report to Origination Manager
• Dotted – line report to General Director
- Other skills and knowledge:
• Computer skills (Word, EXCEL)
• Basic English communication
• Available to travel upcountry
