Bussiness Development Manager (Hồ Chí Minh & Đà Nẵng

❏ Deliver a great experience to our merchants at long-tail segment
❏ Work closely with ops, marketing, product and related teams to make sure the operation works smoothly.
❏ Lead teams to handle on-boarding process of new merchants
❏ Manage the headcount situation to make sure the tasks are solved as planned.
❏ Forecast, measure, and run teams properly to reach KPI
❏ Propose ideas to improve the operation process.
❏ Keep management informed by submitting regular reports and updates.
❏ Ensure all initiatives meet strategic and KPIs of the company.
❏ Follow the team performance and support them if needed.
❏ Define the demand from merchants, then deal and offer suitable marketing campaigns.
❏ Monitor data and team’s performance to deliver solution on time and properly
❏ Work closely with CRM team for proposal of improving process
❏ Follow headcount plan and hiring status of team
❏ Acknowledge team’s feedback/raising and deliver solution

● Min 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (B2B is preferable).
● Proven ability to blend business strategies to lead complex, multi-faceted projects.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English is a must.
● Excellent communications skills, ability to multitask, excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
● Proven ability to work independently and effectively.
● Relevant BA/BS/BEng degree.
● Appearance: professional.

● Strong in MS Office
