Role Overview

- Internal Projects:
. Supporting and structuring documents and managing workflow for internal financial planning projects as assigned;
. Working closely with CFO to support thoroughly the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes they need to make major operational, financial and strategic decisions.

- Investment Projects:
. Working with Investment team to make fundamental /technical analysis to achieve the investment targets and objectives;
. Formulating and executing the effective investment portfolio which includes private deals, IPO deals, pre-IPO deals, bond investment, public deals or other asset classes for Vietnam market and other potential oversea markets;
. Assisting to prepare investment reports/ market research quarterly/yearly as required.

Key Competencies

- Knowledge of Industries: Possessing strong working knowledge of Ecommerce, including the underlying theories and concepts

- Specialized Knowledge: Having a very strong understanding of Financial/Valuation Models including Discounted Cash Flow Valuation, Multiples Valuation, Residual Income, Comparable Valuation as well as calculating the ROI to realize the Project Value, doing a sensitivity analyst with data table in Excel (“What if” Analysis),..

- Education and Experience: BA Degree with major in Business, Finance or Banking with experience of 1+ year of relevant experience (M&A deals, Due Diligence Progress, Company Budgeting,…)

- Requirement of soft skills and hard skills:
+ Excellent English skills (Written and Oral Communication Skills in both English & Vietnamese);
+ 1-2 years of experience working for international/ foreign company;
+Having the analytical expertise with Tableau, Python or other programming languages shall be preferred;
+Attention to details, problem solving, and critical thinking.
