Business System Senior Executive

- Work location: Head office of Corele-V Vietnam and other work locations of the company if needed
- Department: Business Intelligence
- Report to: Business Intelligence Manager

** Job Description:
Ensures that technology and data are used effectively throughout the organization. Experience with delivering accurate and insightful business reporting and applying critical thinking to data to problem solve and drive business performance.

** Primary Responsibilities:
1) Business Analyst
- Analyze business requirements and developed project deliverable accordingly.
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Lead and provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and techniques to ensure security, consistency, and sustainability for business intelligence applications
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and management for execution of project appropriately
- Support improving business performance through Identify needs, implement and facilitate solutions in providing reports.

2) System Management
- Manage BI technology, core system (including Sales Order platform Online & Offline, Supply Chain system and Reporting system.
- Assist Business Intelligence Manager to monitor efficient working of project (project risk, scope, schedule and budget.)
- Drive the creation of a long-term BI visualization and analytics vision, aligned with overall business priorities

3) IT Management
- Manage all resources related to IT.
- Leading the IT team to ensure the effective running of the practice’s IT system including the computer network, clinical system, technical equipment, public Wi-Fi, website, intranet and telephony

** Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years working experience in related fields
• Frequency in Business Intelligence tools: Qlik Sense, Power BI, Power pivot
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

** Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistic, IT is strongly preferred
