Mô tả công việc
• Take full responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of Business Support Program (BSP) equipment and BSP free products investment. Coordinate with respective people of Strategic Distributor/ Professional Sub Distributor (SD/PSD) to ensure the effectiveness of reimbursement of BSP via:
- Monthly monitor – tracking volume – reimbursement
- Yearly accrual
- Field audit to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of all BSP program
- Suggest the opportunities in implementing BSP program
• Take full responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of Sale Incentive Program. Ensure PSD and Distributor Sales Rep team (DSR) get incentive reimbursement on time via monitor, tracking monthly. Recommend to the management on the new incentive scheme

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate with major in Business Administration or Marketing
• At least 2 year experience in Sales support, Marketing support
• Knowledge of marketing is necessary
• Stress resistant, effective in a fast pace Sales environment
• Analysis skill and problem solving
• Result oriented, look for solution, adopting an positive mindset in problem solving
• Strong sense of responsibility Self-motivated and independent.
• Excellent (phone) communication / team working / coordination capacities.
• English & Vietnamese proficiency
• At least 2 year experience in Sales support, Marketing support
• Knowledge of marketing is necessary
