Job Description
• Main responsibilities are administration works, procurement and supporting manager.
• Cooperate/ support to related team and engineers smoothly in daily works (welcome guest, visa, ticket, express delivery...)
• Keep filing all documents in order.
• Ensure on-time payment of office duties and service fee for company.
• Prepare dossier of documents to related administration and other office tasks when necessary...

Job Requirement
• Vietnamese nationality.
• Bachelor Degree (Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language Studies or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admin works; having working experience in logistic & foreign company is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
• High responsibility, patience and conscientiousness.
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional tasks and solve problems
• Good inter-personal skill and high cooperative spirit.
• Good computer skill
• Good command of English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal communication.
