Mô tả công việc
• Build solutions and operating costs that meet the needs of external customers as well as GLC business performance.
o Build up close relationships with customers and develop solutions that meet customer requirements
o Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess impact of proposed solutions
o Perform analysis & research plans to support decision making process
o Manage end-to-end data projects; identifying issues, gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, interpreting patterns, and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market.
• Participate in the implementation of logistics projects and logistics packages that GLC won the contract
o Able to partner closely with all business stakeholders (especially vertical, operation, business support, sales, marketing…) to set and implement strategy
o Participate in the development of IT solutions to improve and develop IT solutions (WMS, TMS, Productivity System ..) to serve the distribution center.
o Participate in the development of excellent operational capabilities through training and development of personnel, building good relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Drive deep into understand the supply and demand side of the business and provide recommendations to improve key metrics of the company
o Conduct industry analysis and research with respect to competitive market trends to drive business insights
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Full-time salary negotiable based on experiences.

• Age: 23 - 30
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Business…)
• Language: Good in written and spoken English
• Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics field
• Other skills:
o Experience in business analysis
o Data driven decision making mentality through strong analytical thinking.
o Solid business judgment and an understanding of a variety of business models.
o Experience in data extraction and manipulation
o Ability to use data visualization to create meaningful insights.
o High level of adaptability in working in a high pressure working environment
o Dependable and reliable with timely follow-up skills
o Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly
