Position Summary:
The Business Planning & Program Office Lead, Vietnam Operations & Technology, will support Vietnam O&T Business through the following:
- Coordinate the annual budgeting processes across O&T units. Drive effective business planning and forecast by utilizing past and present financial performance, ensuring forecast also include all related stakeholders views and inputs
- Responsible for the preparation of O&T Management Reports, provide insights on financial variance and monitor key performance indicators
- Being a key partner in providing value-added regular, ad-hoc financial analytics to support business monitoring and managements.
- Undertake ownership of ad-hoc projects, analytics and streamline existing process to achieve efficiency.
- Collaboration / Interaction with regional office and functions to ensure strong support in focused areas

- Experience with strategic and business planning, project / program management, financial forecasting and analysis
- Strong in Financial Management and Project Management
- High degree of business acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Understanding of Operation Processes / Practices, with high attention to details
- Strong Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Digital Mindset and Adaptive leadership
- Positive and result-oriented team player
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Experience with strategic and business planning, project / program management, financial forecasting and analysis
