Business Planning and Analysis Officer

Role Purpose:
Prepare more complex financial trend and data analysis reports.
Accountable for the coordination, compilation and distribution of financial data by other staff. Perform financial analysis upon identification of variances and prepare summary of key findings. Responsible for more complex departments/ functions. Participate in the planning and development of regional, departmental and/or functional budgets. Participate in projects of moderate complexity as assigned and may lead projects of low complexity.
Also, this jobholder is in-charged for analyzing and monitoring cash flow as well as incentive cross channel. Organization Context:

A. Key Accountabilities
- Sale Incentive analysis and tracking
- Business performance analysis and tracking
- Prepare advanced financial trend and data analysis reports
- Responsible for cash flow projection & sales projection to support funding, planning and forecasting.
- Perform data queries and support portfolio analysis
- Communicate and support analytical findings.
- Perform ad-hoc projects/studies of moderate scope
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
B. Other Essential Functions:
- Prepare and distribute reports as necessary to ensure service lines meet access goals.
- Actively assist Provider Scheduling Coordinators in ensuring profiles meet access goals of service line

Requirements
Qualification: Graduate in Economics and/or Finance, oversea graduated is preferable
Experience:
- Experience in Financial Planning is an asset
- Experience in a multi-national environment is an asset
- Experience in working with data is a preferable 1 year experience in Financial Analyst in Banking Industry is plus
Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of SAS/ Excel/PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Consumer Finance is an asset
Skills:
- Good language skills English and Vietnamese
- Good analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient MS Office & SAS
