Performance & Productivity management

• Establish performance metric standards activities on all channel within distribution for measuring sales productivity, make weekly and monthly tracking sales report for reviewing purpose and recommendation of productivity improvement
• Analyzing the performance of each segment/channel in order to increase the productivity
• Providing on-time insights and analysis to identify problems and providing action plans to achieve sales target
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership teams to design key productivity initiatives and ensure execution of these initiatives

Compensation analyze and incentive design

• Review annual and build up compensation scheme for all channels and monitoring compensation scheme to drive sales, modeling compensation scheme.
• Review and design incentive program (all kind of contest, trips design…) to drive sales, monitoring the effectiveness of these incentive program in align with approved budget/sales revenue.
• Take a proactive role in providing input information and supporting sales force all channels to help them meet the target
• Analyze compensation scheme of other life insurers in Vietnam Market and give recommendation

Market intelligence & Recruitment for all channels:

• Prepare market intelligence reports and market statistic regarding performance & productivity improvement.
• Managing recruitment of execution level for distribution channels to meet the need of sales forces.

- Bachelor degree in Economics, Banking, Marketing, Insurance; higher degree is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working in Sales analysis, sales planning preferably in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ Audit/ Consulting organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze business in different views and close to market trend
- Good business acumen
- Fluent English
- Result and customer service oriented
- Detailed numeric character.
