Mô tả công việc
- Making Sales Operation guideline and updating/suggesting sales operational situations for Data Entry, CSR, CP…
- Following training schedule and training course to guarantee the satisfaction of knowledge which brings to Sales OPS teams.
- Handling Issues and notice on board by using service ticket tool
- Responsible for doing quality check for all Sales OPS staffs to make sure staffs follow process, procedure and perform their tasks as trained
- Preparing quality control process for all Sales OPS Teams
- Understanding system/tool supporting to Sales OPS teams and having opinions to optimize Sales OPS process/procedure.Undertake other tasks assigned by Sales Operation Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Banking/Finance or Business related discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in bank / finance companies, quality control, sales operation.
- Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas, excited to draw findings from figures.
- Strong writing skills is more preferable.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in bank / finance companies, quality control, sales operation.
