REQUIREMENTS
The PAC Group is seeking an energetic, charismatic, ethical, professional to develop and expand our business in Vietnam. We have recently established a representative office in Hanoi, Vietnam and have plans to significantly expand our client base and service offerings within Vietnam. This role would have the broad responsibility for cultivating business relationships with established international companies and new Vietnam customers, working together with The PAC Group professionals in Asia and globally to achieve our growth objectives in Vietnam.
- 5-12 years experience
- Automotive experience a plus, but not required
- Business, finance, marketing, technical or engineering degree required
- Excellent written and spoken English language
- Flexible for travel - both within Vietnam and occasionally international
- Experience working with international companies
- Positive attitude and highly ambition
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development and Market understanding
Works closely together in a timely fashion with other PAC Department leads to:
- Identify and following up on leads
- Initiate and support the developing of proposals
- Initiate, takes leadership and/or supports related recruiting activities
- Collect benchmarks and planning KPIs
- Follows up with (potential) clients until PO submission or closure
