Business Manager

- Manage entire Ho Chi Minh office for both sales and operation.
- Develop and implement sales plans and manage day to day operational activities.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and focus on business development.
- Maintain good/close relationship with existing customers and develop new customers.
- Push positive sales and service culture to maximize selling opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing team on product development, product quality, pricing, promotions and etc.
- Respond to trade feedback by taking appropriate action to resolve problem.
- Implement to company’s credit control policies and responsible for timely collection.
- Grow the company’s many industry opportunities.

- Required language(s) : English/Vietnamese
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing/Chemicals/Petroleum.
- At least 3 years of sales managerial role and working experience in international corporation is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and result oriented; hands on and dynamic with focus on achieving sales target.
- Full time position only.
