Business Manager (Industrial Science Division)

• Develop growth strategies and plans for industrial science division
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
• Research new business opportunities and viable income streams
• Follow industry trends both locally and internationally
• Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve goals
• Develop close working relationship with international partners
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
• Increase client base and build corporate image in the market as a reliable testing partner

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• 5-8 years of business development, sales or channel management experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Prior industrial experience or application/industry know-how the following is required:
o Third party testing or institution R&D labs
o Destructive and non-destructive testing
• Proficient in English (to communicate with our regional customers)
• Self-driven, goal-orientated, meticulous and positive attitude
• Possesses own transport
