• P&L Strategy: Sets and executes the strategy to achieve business, marketing and Key Client goals in line with global BL Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PHI) direction and Country BU target projection YoY
• Direct and lead the Business Line PHI of BU PM within the framework of the agreed strategy and budget.
• Develop local Business Line PHI organization to meet current and future needs including initiation of development programs of staff, hiring & firing of local staff in cooperation with Local Business Unit Management, drive efficiency and change programs in the organization
• Key Account Management: Leads in strengthening and enhancing relationships with Key Accounts in the region
• Key Client Management: Leads in strengthening and enhancing relationships with Key BU/BL Clients
• New Business Development: Oversees new product concept innovations and market positioning strategies in coordination with PHI Innovation Centers for the region
• Sourcing: Coordinates with PHI sourcing organizations in Korea, Japan, China, India, Europe and USA to support sourcing requirements of BL PHI in the region
• Portfolio and Service Levels: Develops the PHI portfolio profile for the region. Drives the Local PHI participation in Global PHI initiatives and provides direction to Innovation Centers supporting technology transfer, information exchange on local innovations and best practices in the region and global
• Operational responsibility – ensuring the availability and timely supply of product – as well as a significant leadership aspect; concerning the development of key personnel in order to enhance their effectiveness
• The position is a member of the PM Vietnam Management Team and in this capacity is involved in various administrative and financial issues related to the overall success of the BU

• Have at least 5-10 years in relevant experiences
• Management reports as required by the RBLD Pharma Industry South East Asia and General Manager of BU SRM Vietnam.
• Problems that may have an impact in achieving agreed targets.

• Opportunities and required additional resources.
• Risks and necessary corrective actions.
• Self development oriented and able to work with spontaneous enthusiasm
• Have at least 5-10 years in relevant experiences
