Mô tả công việc
- Build, operate and manage the business intelligence infrastructure including data pipeline, data processor, data crawler and aggregators, and data warehouse.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve data quantity and quality (data integrity and accuracy).
- Take lead in and own the business intelligence reporting and analytical environment including self-service reports, and dashboards.
- Provide timely, relevant and accurate management reports for internal team and for clients
- Perform quantitative research on different business topics for management decision-making.
- Provide technical training for internal team members
- Assist in various project initiatives. Drive process development and participate in projects related to Marketing / Finance / Commercial / Operations where needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years of experience working in analytics or relevant field
- 1+ years of team management experience
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with many stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both Vietnamese and English
- [Optional] Experience with SQL/MySQL/Oracle
- [Optional] Experience with Python and its data analysis eco-system (Pandas, Jupyter Notebook)
