Business Intelligence Specialist

Summary:
Drive Sales Force/CMM effectiveness and efficiency through providing optimal automation and data analytics solutions, including:
- Administer all SFA systems, i.e. SFDC and Nemo
- Manage customer and Sales Force/CMM master data
- Enable and support Sales Force/CMM and other stakeholders to allow their most effective use of SFA solutions
- Continue SFA system/database/DWH/process enhancements and modifications
- Provide advanced data analytics models and tools to enable data-driven decisions

1. SFA System Administration & Supervision

• Act as SFA system administrator, responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of SFA systems in coordination with IT.
• Develop and enforce necessary system administration processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of SFA systems.

2. DWH + BI System Management, Enhancement and Modifications
• Collect and analyze user feedback on issues and enhancement opportunities related to DWH/ BI tools and business processes.
• Collaborate with IT and SFE to propose and align on initiatives needed and solutions to system/database/DWH/BI tools/ process enhancements and modifications with stakeholders to meet new business requirements and to execute them.
• Ensure that DWH/ BI tools work stably as the final data keeper by proactively working with other data source keepers if any issue, thru aligned business/ system/ and data processes.
• Manage DWH/ BI system as a whole, in term of Database Management/ Data Set/ Data Models/ BI Tools/ Standard Dashboards & Reports/ System & Data Processes.

3. Advanced ETL & Data Analytics Models
• Develop and use multiple statistical models (Excel, SPSS, etc.) and computer techniques to analyze and interpret data in the context of the business.
• Develop ETL package to blend/ process/ transform multiple- source data to desired data set for building data model.
• Develop tools for extracting data from data warehouse for use by MIS, SFE and other stakeholders in business analysis.
• Leverage data warehouse and BI tools (Qlikview, PowerBI, Pentaho, Cognos) to enhance MIS reports with data visualization.
• Support MIS and SFE in designing and developing advanced Excel models to improve and automate MIS reporting, incentive computation, customer classification, sales force sizing and deployment.

4. Operation, Support and Enablement
• Develop in-depth understanding of user business requirements in order to design effective support and guidance procedures.
• Provide training, timely operation support and guidance to Sales Force/CMM and other stakeholders to enable effective use of SFA systems as well as to fully maximize system functionalities.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and ensure system data are successfully backed up to appropriate media and recovery storage devices.
• Perform regular data archival and purge as necessary.
• Create, change, update and deactivate user accounts per request.

5. Customer and Sales Force/CMM Master Data Management
• Act as custodian for customer, Sales Force/CMM master data bases in SFA systems
• Collaborate with SFE, MIS and other stakeholders to ensure master data integrity via robust master data process execution.
• Identify business needs from stakeholders in order to customize master data to meet business requirements.

Work Experience:
• Industry Experience : At least 3-4-year relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG/nutrition/pharma/consulting industry
• Position Experience : 3-year experience in SFA system management (pharma/nutrition/FMCG /consulting)
• Advanced skills in MS Office: Excel, DMS, Nemo, BI Tools, DWH
• Good knowledge of SFA systems, IT and BI tools and process will be added advantage
