Job purpose
Working with Prudential as Business Intelligence Senior Specialist means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals.

Job Responsibilities
• Support on analytics projects to extract, manage, analyze and propose solution through sales related data for Agency channel, including support for sales strategy and planning, for business decision such as sales incentives, compensations, recruitment, cross sales, contests, and MKT campaigns.
• Apply statistics and data modeling techniques to gain actionable business insights and boost agent productivity and revenue.
• Communicate and track key performance metrics (MAPA) for Agency division.
• Identify business opportunities through data analytics.
• Support to generate reports of findings and present to senior management.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Working location: Ho Chi Minh City

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.

Knowledge and skill
• At least 2-year experience in Data Analytics position is required, preferred from Market Research, Sales Management and/or Life Insurance.
• Proficient in SQL, know how to visualize data and make story-telling presentation using tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Open-mind, willing to learn new things, do things differently.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with different departments & can handle multiple projects.
